Maximum number of activations for Parallels 10 license

I purchased Parallels 10 on my Macbook and have been using it for a couple of years. I bought a new Macbook and replace the old one. I migrated everything over but Parallels is not accepting the key. The old computer's since been reformated. It says that I've reached the maximum amount of computers (1) for activation. Can this be reset please?

We are unable to find any activation key under your account. We request you to share the activation key in the private message.
 
I'm having the same problem. My old Mac is completely out of order. I installed in a temporary Mac in order to finish my works and I activated in this new one with no problems. Now I'm trying to move Parallels to my new Mac (after deactivating in the temporary Mac) and I'm receiving the same message ("Maximum number or activations...").
Can this be reset please?

We see you have a Parallels Desktop 12 license in your account and which is not in use on any Mac. Try to use it, if you face any issues let us know.
