memory problem

Hi, i have a mac book with parallels installed. i upgraded to 4 gb of ram. when i first installed the ram i was able to adjust the memory in parallels. now when i go to the memory tab in configuration it says i only have 512 and wont let me adjust it at all. when i click the "about this computer" tab it says i have 4gb 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM. i also cant adjust the video memory it says i have 32 mb. I have vista installed. thanks in advance for the help.

Hello Samuel,

It looks like you are trying to change the memory options when Virtual Machine is running. It is not allowed. Please, shut down Windows, then open configuration of VM, and you should be able to adjust the memory.
