Microphone doesn't work in Windows 10

Hi, I just installed the latest Parallels Desktop Home 14.1.3 on Mac 10.13.6 High Sierra. In the Windows 10 virtual machine, I got audio, but no microphone. I checked both my audio and microphone work well in Mac. In VM, device manager shows Parallels Audio Controller driver also works well, but actually the microphone doesn't work. Could you advice what I should do to fix it? Thanks!

Sorry. Issue resolved. It was because of the privacy setting in Windows 10.

Sure. After checking the microphone works well in MAC, and the good driver status in Windows, I went to check MAC privacy setting, but MAC 10.13 doesn't have privacy options for microphone. At last I went to Windows 10 Privacy setting that I overlooked, and found that the access to my microphone was somehow set off, so I turned it on, and my problem was resolved.
