Hi @DanK3, do yo have the same issue with the latest Parallels Toolbox update?
If the issue persists could you please reproduce it once again and provide us with the detailed issue description and step-by-step instructions in order to reproduce it on our test environments.

what version of Parallels Toolbox do you use? To find this version choose 'About Parallels Toolbox' from Parallels Toolbox menu
