Migrate Or Move Data from a Parallels VM Windows 7 to a Parallels VM Windows 10?

After many frustrating hours of attempting to upgrade my Win 7 Pro VM to Win 10, I ended up creating a new Windows 10 VM with a fresh install.

Is there any automated way to move the User Account & Apps from my Parallels VM Windows 7 to the new Parallels VM Windows 10?

Please follow steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/117758 to add the Hard Disk from one Virtual Machine to another Virtual Machine.
Note: After this process you will be able to access the data alone.Programs/Applications cannot be operated.
