migrate Virtual data w8.1 to Virtual w10 in Parallels 11

using a Mac book pro running Parallels 11 and el capitan.
I have a Virtual of windows 8.1 and a virtual of windows 10 and wish to eliminate windows 8.1.
how can one transfer my data files etc from w8.1 in to w10 and delete w8.1
I have no external computer to linkup and setup a transfer it all to be done internally in the Mac.

Hello Roger,
You can map the hard disk of your Windows 8.1 to your Windows 10. In that way you will be able to access all the files of your Windows 8.1 in Windows 10. In order to map the hard disk, please follow the steps mentioned here.: http://kb.parallels.com/117758
