Migrate Windows XP from Parallels on my Mac to a PC

Can I clone or export my Windows XP from my Parallels on m Mac to a Windows PC computer?

Why would you want to? it'll have all the parallels drivers if you clone it. Just do a fresh install, always the best way.

I just asked if it's possible and how.

And I just said it was a poor idea compared to a clean install.
