Migrated Windows7 machine from VirtualBox shows Windows light blue screen and hangs

Hi there

I just installed Parallels 8 desktop for Mac and did a migration from a VirtualBox machine. When I start up the machine I can login to Windows 7 Pro, but after that I just get a blank Windows light blue screen. I have tried to run chkdsk and Windows repair but nothing has helped. What's this?

I have this exact same problem... I'm struggling to figure out what's going on here.
