Migrating a PC; failing to boot after configuring virtual machine

Hi all,

I have an Active Directory - bound laptop running Windows 7 that I'm trying to migrate into a Parallels VM. I'm running OS X 10.10.3 with the latest version of Parallels; the laptop should also be fully up-to-date.

The laptop is only a couple months old, and is a fairly fresh install with very little use (I'm primarily on Mac for work). It's an HP ProBook 430 G2.

Everything seems to go well with the migration; then it goes to configuring the virtual machine, where it stays for awhile.

Then it boots to a Repair screen; says that I have to log into Windows to complete configuring the machine, but it's in Startup Repair mode. If I try to Repair, or bail out, it restarts; returns to the Configuration window as above; and then back to the Repair screen.

I removed the SEP installation and re-migrated from scratch, but I get the same results. I also tried a manual configuration, with only a couple of small changes, but this didn't help. I've migrated this machine 5 times now, but I can't get past this.

Any thoughts? Any logs or anything I can grab that would give more insight into what's going on?
