Migrating from one version of WIndows 7 to a different version?

I'm about to install Windows 7 home premium on my brand new iMac.

I have a PC with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit installed and wondered if it's possible to migrate the entire contents of the PCs root drive to the Windows 7 partition my iMac (Windows 7 home premium is yet not installed).

Think I'm maybe asking too much of Parallels but thought I'd ask.
