Migrating Windows and Office from BootCamp Windows partition to Parallels

Before I consider buying the product, need to know if there is any way I can clone/migrate my Windows image (Windows 7 and Microsoft Office) configured in a Windows partition in BootCamp. It would be on the same machine.

Parallels has a Migration option which does just that, you can even use it to transfer Windows to a new Mac.
