Missing Parallels 13 License Key

    I upgraded to parallels 13 in August. For some reason, the license key is not showing up under my subscriptions and I am unable to find the email with the license key. My MAC failed and the return included a new drive without my software. Can you help me find my license key.

    Hi,
    my license key from Parallel 13 is gone. Now just parallel 12 very slow with Windows.
