Missing shortcut from v10 to v12

What happened to - or what took the place of 'Command H' to switch between the Mac & Win desktops. One of my favorite shortcuts in v10 is not there in v12. I realize there are probably a few other changes I will find along the way, but I miss this one.

Thanks for your reply. I assume you are speaking about the three-finger-salute from M$ - control-alt-delete. If not please explain further. I've used Windows since it's inception, but only a couple of years for Mac. The control-H works going from Mac to Win, but not back. Have to pound the bottom of the Win screen to get the Mac menu bar to come up, then Finder will bring back the Mac, with the Finder window open. I'm considering going back to v10...
