Missing snapshot with parallel desktop 18 standard on apple m2

Hi
after upgrading from version 16 to 18 standard, I do not see how to take vm snapshot.
I also do not see how to configure vm details and even after I installed the tools I do not see how to access host file system from the guest.

Any idea why?

I was able to using `prlctl snapshot {vm_id} --name {whatever you want}`
