I'm pretty sure it's gone. When I make my way into control panel and check the settings, it's not set to autohide or anything like that. When I try to hover the mouse at the bottom like you would to activate the start menu when it's set to autohide, nothing happens.
This behavior occured after I installed the tools for 3120.
Nevermind, I fixed it. In control panel, I set the taskbar to autohide and applied. At that point, the taskbar came back in autohide mode. Next, I set it back to not autohide, and it's back to normal.
