Modifer keys start being added

When I'm using coherence after some length of time modifier keys get added to characters I type. This happened with the last to beta and the current release. For example, I'd type T and XP would react like I pressed alt T. One point, I have the "swap CMD/CTRL" selected in my preferences.
 
BUG - Swap CMD/CTRL

This is still happeneing. All of a sudden the keyboard mapping will mess up. To fix it I go into preferences and turn of the swap, hit OK and put the swap back. This is a BUG.
 
I have had this mentioned to me... It seems to occur when you start playing with keyboard mappings. I find that unfocusing and refocusing the mouse on Parallels usually gets it working again... Somehow a message is being sent to 'hold down control'.
