Mountain Lion VM with Parallels 9 has no drag and drop capabilities?

Hi,

I'm using Mac OS 10.6.8, testing Parallels 9.0.23062 with a Mountain Lion VM. If I try to drag files to and from the VM nothing happens. All my other VMs (Win XP, Win 7, Win 8) are able to do this.

I reinstalled latest Parallels Tools twice just to be sure it took and still not able to drag and drop files to my Mountain Lion VM. I think last I checked this is the same case with my Mavericks VM as well.

Does Parallels 9.0.23062 not support drag and drop or is there something I can adjust/fix to bring this vital feature to my Mac OS VMs?

Drag and Drop is a feature of Parallels Tools only available in Windows guest OS's:

You'll have to use the Shared Folders feature instead for Mac OS guest.

Thank you for the answer. Ugh, that's a PITA. I hope that gets changed in the future.
