Mouse cannot be used after installation Parallels 11 for Mac and Windows 10

Since I have upgraded on my parallel 11 for mac to windows 10 I cannot use the mouse in windows. I can activate it through Ctrl alt but
as soon as I want to use it it disappears again and has no effect. In the control center I have tried to activate and deactivate the USB Controller but it made no difference. Looking forward to a good solutions so that everything works again. Before the upgrade everything worked fine:

Hi David, we suggest you to re-install Parallels Tools. Please try the manual installation, refer to this KB article.

I had the same problem; doing the simple reinstall solved the problem!
