Mouse cursor issues...

I've noticed that when I switch from my OS X desktop to the Parallels desktop my mouse cursor will jump wildly. It NEVER shows up in the same position it was in on the Mac side when I go to click on the Parallels desktop. In fact I never know exactly where it will end up.

Is there any way to stop this annoying behaviour and get it to maintain its position when switching from the Mac to the Windows side?

Hello @MarkL3 Please shut down Windows (as opposed to simply suspending it; see http://bit.ly/1OfR3td for details), open the virtual machine configuration window (refer to http://bit.ly/1eQU5lF for assistance), navigate to Hardware -> Mouse & Keyboard, select 'Don't optimize for games' for 'Mouse' and disable 'Mouse pointer sticks at window edges' and 'Smooth scrolling' and check it helps.
