Mouse flicker in virtualmode and system slows down

I have just installed Parallels 13 to my iMac and installed Windows 10. It seems that when i run Windows in full screen, mouse starts flickering and system slows down. I couldn't find any solutions for this. Can anyone help please?

So it seems that when we change the screen and get back to virtual pc, system starts pressing one of these keys or others:
numlock, scroll lock or caps lock... I have enabled "Hear a tone" option and it seems that something causing pressing one of these keys... Well nobody replies and i can't see why!
