Mouse freezing on windows

Hi all, just to confirm I have the same problem. It does help to turn everything of and restart the whole system, appears to be quicker than asking for a solution... Sorry for that. Running Parallels latest version, windows 10 on a macbook pro. Problem has been existing for me since parallels 9 I guess. There appears to be no solution, other than messing with toolbox, some settings here and there and a prayer. If all that fails, switch everything off, restart all from the beginning and reinstall parallels tools, change the display form and eventually you will be able to get there. My co-worker suggested I buy a second machine, only for the windows stuff... May be an option. Parallels, PLEASE fix this.
 
I re installed tools, changed res, changed mouse setting and I keep having the same issues. Has anyone had it fixed?
