Guys anyway to have true co existance in Parallels 12, what i mean is, no need to use Alt CTRL to snap out of the windows environment but seamless windows switching ?
I just installed a new VM with Windows 7 and had the exact same issue.
Turned out that Mouse under Hardware->Mouse & Keyboard was set to Optimize for games. Changing this to Auto-detect for games or Don't optimise for games fixed it for me.
