Mouse pointer very small in Windows 10 guest

Hello,
I am using Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac with Windows 10 Professional as a guest machine.
The problem is, that the mouse pointer is very small. Even the options from Windows control panel (using the biggest mouse pointer scheme) do not make a remarkable difference.
The resolution of the guest machine is 1920 x 1080 and I am using fullscreen mode, the host is a iMac 5k with Retina display. The options for the guest OS are attached.

Are the settings right? Is there a way to make the mouse pointer bigger?

thank you for your reply. Although I was not able to solve my problem with these suggestions for fullscreen mode, I am now using windowed mode without any problems.
