Hello from Germany,
I used a VirtualBox with Windows 7 by the switch to a MacBook Pro.
All special keys of the RollerMouse or the Logitech Mouse worked in the Virtual Box properly (z. B. Double-clicking, back, copy and paste button click on the RollerMouse).
Since switching on Macbook Pro this special keys do not function in Virtual Box. So I downloaded the trial version of Parallels. The possibilities of Parallels I like very much.
However, the special keys are not available for Parallels. I get the message "No device detected".
When I connect RollerMouse with Windows 10, I can use the special keys. But the mouse pointer is not moving. And I can not use the Mouse on the Mac.
I have already tested all the settings on the help page. Incl. "Don't optimize for games" and manual installation of the mouse driver.
Is there even the possibility of using the special button of the mouse in Parallels Desktop?
Greetings
Markus
