Mouse wheel down jumps a whole page

    Hi. Just upgraded to Desktop 9 version and scrolling down with Apple Magic Mouse or Magic Trackpad is wrong (MS Windows 7). Scrolling up works fine, but down it starts by jumping a whole page (in large documents) and then it works normally. This was fine in Parallels Desktop 8. In my compiler IDE (Embarcadero XE) it's messing with productivity.

    How can I fix this?

    This IDE doesn't support smooth scrolling, see here for a workaround.
