Mouse works, keyboard does not.

I recently installed Application Server XG without issue. Now I am able to connect with both the Windows and iPad clients, everything seems fine until I type. I get nothing. Any Ideas?

1. Can you confirm that you was following the instrauctions?

2. Please explain more detailed were you have the issue:

- On both clients (windows and IPad)?
- When you open a published application?
- Is it a specific application or does it happen with all?

You might also consider to open a support ticket (support@2x.com).

1. The same issue with both of the 2x clients Windows and iPad
2. Yes, it's a published application.
3. It happens on all of them. So far I have configured the office suite.

Hi there,

please open a support ticket sending an email to support@2x.com and provide the 2x server support files (2x server console -> Information -> Support -> Send support request -> chose the ZIP from the drop down list) as well as the 2xClient for Windows settings (file -> export settings).
