Move Parallels 10 to new Mac

I am trying to activate Parallels 10 on a new Mac migrated using Time Machine. I cannot deactivate the one on the older Mac (don't see any way to) and the new one will not activate, either with the email link in the activation window or using the terminal command (prlsrvctl activate-license-online). I tried using the terminal command but it errors. How can I deactivate 10 on the old Mac and activate it on the new one?
