Move Parallels Desktop 11 to my new mac

My old mac was broken suddenly, I bought a new mac and restore data from my Time capsule. When I open Parallels, it prompted me to enter the activation key. I entered the key and click "Activate", it prompted "This license is already in use. How would you like to activate Parallels Desktop on this Mac?". Then I click "Activate on This Mac", it prompted "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key". Please help!
Parallels version on my new mac: 11.2.3 (32663)
