Move (Parallels Desktop f. Mac) from Macbook to iMac

Hi
I'm pretty new to parallels and Mac world, and one of the first things I did when I got my Macbook was installing Parallels...

Now I have bought a iMac - and want to move parallels to this machine...

How is this done??

I have version 7..
