Move VM from Mac to Windows?

I have a Win 7 VM that I created under Parallels 7 on the Mac. I have successfully copied the VM to another Mac but now I am trying to copy it to a Win platform running Parallels 4 for Win. After some initial configuration problems it seemed like it was trying to boot, but now the VM just crashes with a bluescreen.

Should I be able to move a VM created on a Mac to a PC running the latest Parallels for each platform?

What blue screen code is?
I think it's 0x7B and you are trying to start VM with SATA HDD on Parallels 4 wich is
does not have SATA support. Make sure that virtual HDD has some of IDE locations
