Moved OS to new HD

I copied/cloned everything to a new HD, now I get this:

Parallels Desktop failed to allocate the specified amount of memory.
Please restart Parallels Desktop and try again.
To avoid this problem in the future choose from the menu: Parallels Desktop > Preferences. On the Memory tab select the "Enable virtual memory preallocation" option.

What do I need to do to fix this? Parallels VM used to run perfect.

MacPro
250 gb drive original
250 gb drive bootcamp windows
640gb drive new cloned now running OSX
8gb RAM
10.5.5
PD has 2048mb ram allocated
Parallels 3

A quick question - is it Parallels Desktop 3 or 4? If the former is the case please go to Parallels Desktop => Preferences, open the memory tab and either set memory allocation to Automatic or make sure you have allocated enough memory (more than you have set in Virtual Machine configuration editor) if you prefer the Manual mode. For both versions you may try reducing the amount of memory allocate dto the VM and see if this helps.
 
Yeah I had tried that with no change.

Now after a LOT of searching around this forum I have tried a bunch of things and now have removed the Virtual Machines. So now I have nothing and it looks like I have to reinstall and start from scratch.
