Moved to new Mac and can't activate license!

    Hello!
    My license ending "-3WYY4W" is not working when activating on a new Mac. I follow the KB articles but I don't have an option to disable my old license.
    If I activate via "My Licenses" I get "Cannot activate the current version because it was created for older versions of parallels Desktop". However, I'm on the SAME version (v17) as this was a migration.
    If I try to activate via key I get "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies".

    What to do here?

    Hello, and thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately I try to activate and get the same issue.
    Anything I have to do that's special to get it to go?

    Hello, i'm having a similiar issues. I recently redownloaded parallels onto my new laptop and used my original license key for activation, but i'm receiving a message stating,"
    To activate Parallels Desktop 18, this license key must be upgraded.
    It cannot activate the current version because it was created for older versions of Parallels Desktop."
    How do i go about acquiring a new upgraded license key to use?

    I've got exactly the same problem. I've tried to contact the support team via chat, but after 45 Minutes of extremely poor support the conversation partner left the chat. He's told me, that I've bought a one year subscription only and sent me a new licence key. What a nonsense... I've got a subscription and he send me my already existing licence key two times.
    Is there anybody who can help me?
