Moving activation key to a new computer

Hello,

I recently sold my MacBook Pro 15 and got a new M1. I didn't deactivate my key before performing a factory reset on my previous Mac. Now that I want to use my key on my M1 I got the "activation limit" message. On previous versions of Parallels Desktop I was able to deactivate my previous machine directly on PD but now, on v16.5, I can't. I even checked the website but didn't find anything to release my key.

I already have a support ticket, 2949611, but it's been a couple of days with no response. Same on chat, no one is answering.

Any ideas?

Hello Edgar! According to the information I have, my colleagues have already sent you an email confirming we've reset the activation limit for your key, so it should work now. Have a great weekend ahead!
