Moving License between desktop and laptop.

Is there a straight forward way to move my license between my desktop and laptop? I use it mainly on my desktop but occasionally need to run windows at a client site. I had some VOIP software a while ago that had a portal that allowed me to deactivate one and activate the other. Does Parallels offer anything similar?
