Moving Parallels 11 to new computer

I am unable to deactivate Parallels on one computer. I have tried following the instructions here (http://kb.parallels.com/123461). However, after signing out of the old computer and clicking Activate on This Mac, I am still told I have reached the max installs. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello Chijo Takeda, we have made few changes in the key settings, please reactivate with the same license key and keep us posted the results. Thanks!
