Moving Parallels Desktop to a new Mac

Hi,
I'm moving parallels to a new Mac, but when I hit the "Activate on this Mac" button in the "Activate Parallels Desktop" window, with my valid product key - it does nothing to activate the product - just keeps going back to the same diaglog box. Any tricks to get this working?
