Moving win-vm built on win platform to mac

I have a client who needs three windows xp desktops virtualized on their macs. I was hoping to just create them offsite and move the vm's to their site and load them through the mac client.

My first question is, are the vm's i'm building through the windows client on a win7 pc transferrable, or am i wasting my time? I would prefer to not have to go there and run three separate win installations... which leads me to my next question.. can i clone this vm twice, and use new keys to activate windows? what is the best way to get 3 win pc's into three mac clients if i start from win on win?
