MS Flight Simulator does not start due Videocard iMac 2015

Hi,
Installed Parallels 12 with Windows 7 64bit. I cannot install Windows 10 because MS Flight Simulator does not work on Windows 10. Now Flight Simulator does not start because of my videocard. I have a iMac from 2015 with this videocard :
Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200 1536 MB
Any ideas? Tried to download the windows driver from Intel website, does not work.
