1. In case I buy Parallels are the Windows 10 and Office included, or I have to purchase them separately?
2. If I need only MS Office to run on my OS desktop, i should buy only MS Office for MAC and in this case I do not need Parallels, is that correct?

No, Windows and MS Office does not come with Parallels Desktop purchase. Yes, if you are only going to use MS Office then you don't have to buy Parallels Desktop just buy MS Office for Mac.
