I need expert's help to solve my serious problem:
1. My environment
1) OX X El Captian 10.11.X
2) Parallels 10 + (WINDOW 7 Korean version + MS OFFICE 365 Korean version)
3) Mail format setting of OUTLOOK : HTML
2. The following problems were detected from Parallel version 11.1.0.
Most problems look solved from Paralles version 11.1.1, but I am not sure about it.
1) I could retrieve specific Outlook pst file (But it is working well under WINXP + Parallels 11)
2) I could not retrieve multi pst files.
Once I try it, big size of pst file become the same size as another pst file.
3) I could not make archive files from any of my pst files.
2. And the following problem still exist even with Parallels 11.1.1 version
Sometime, my mail is delivered without any contents; delivered only with header part
This trouble does not happen every time and it happen without specific rule.
I have never experienced with following problem from OUTLOOK under Parallels 9 and earlier version. (All Korean Version)
Since several problems are solved after program update with Parallels version 11.1.1 and also no problems with Parallels 9 & earlier version, I am very sure the problems are created by Parallels 11.
