multiple monitors not available

parallels 15.1.4 in macOS 10.15.5 - running three Windows 10 machines with multiple monitors (2x LG 5K)
installed a macOS 10.15.5 virtual machine - no option for multiple monitors in configuration or view menu!
is it possible? how?

As far as I know, that's a limitation in the MAC Api. There is a knowledge base surrounding this.
