Multiple monitors not working

Hi,
I am running Parallels 9 on a Mac Mini and I am absolutely a happy camper . . . . so far.
I have 2 monitors on the Mac and all works fine . . . just not with Parallels on the Windows side.
Windows does not recognize the second monitor.
(Monitor1 is on the Thunderbolt/Minidisplay port and Monitor 2 is on the HDMI port.

HELP PLEASE !!!!

You mean non-mac version of parallels?

Menu bar > View > Use all displays in full screen.
