Multiple Problems with Parallels 6 on Lion

My first problem is that I can not seem to open the preferences window but when ever I switch desktops using Mission Control I can see it. My second problem is that my windows 7 will not boot up at all. I have installed virus protection software and before this happened the found nothing on their that would cause this to happen. Please help.

I found a multitude of issues myself with Parallels in Lion. I tried using the BootCamp partition of Windows 7 and found it kept locking up. I disabled 3D which helped. I have a Macbook Air with only 2GB RAM which I thought may have been the issue for some of my problems. What I ended up doing is going back to just using BootCamp for Windows until Parallels and Lion play nicer with each other. Windows is not the only OS with issues, I tried Ubuntu 11.4 and even Chrome OS in Parallels with issues on both. Graphics corruption in Ubuntu and boot issues with Chrome OS. Both of course are Linux based.
