MX Master 3 - mouse scroll and function buttons stop working in Mac OS

I started using Parallels 17 last week and I've noticed a few instances where my mouse scroll wheel and function buttons (back, mission control, etc) stop working in Mac OS. I'm using a MX Master 3. It's like Parallels is stealing the mouse functions, but I've tried quitting Parallels with no luck. The only fix I've found so far is to reboot my Mac. Has anyone else run into this problem, and any ideas for a fix?

Well I think I figured out my issue. I had also just recently re-installed Mac OS from scratch. In Security & Privacy, I needed to check the box under Accessibility to allow Logi Options. Things seem to be functioning fine now.
