My activation key has been blacklisted????

Hello!
I turned on my computer this morning only to find that Parallels wants me to enter my activation key. This was not accepted by the system, and when I logged on to the Parallels Web site to check my details I can see that this activation key has been blacklisted. I have no ideal why!!!
And I need to work today - delivery of my project is scheduled for 4pm (it's 1.11pm now...)
Any helpers out there?

Hi, we've checked your key, and it has been blacklisted because the Mac was stolen.
Is it right?
 
Yes the mac was stolen, but I reported this to Parallels support when I asked how to get Parallels to work on my new PC and they told me it was OK to use my existing version on my new mac.....
 
OK thanks! I have received the new key. I will use it to restart parallels later this afternoon (am using the trial version right now coz I need to deliver my project by 4).
