my alarms are cleared

I have created alarms for every day of the week and after a few days I see that all the alarms disappear.
It's already happened to me twice.
 
Hi,

Please collect the following the next time you observe your alarms disappear.

1. Collect a technical report (click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Settings (Gear) icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
2. Open Terminal on your Mac (Applications > Utilities > Terminal) and execute the following commands one after another:
cd ~/Desktop && zip -r ToolboxLogs.zip ~/Library/Logs/prl.toolbox/
3. Upload the ToolboxLogs.zip file to https://alludo-support-fileshare.az...Share?id=dd746cdd-802b-4791-87cf-2af5051098c9

Kindly let us know as soon as this is done.
