After the most recent update to 16.1.1 (49141) I was prompted to install a system extension. After doing that I needed to reboot my Mac. Once I signed in again I started my Windows 10 VM and I got a Popup that my Mac may be slower when I provide that much RAM to the VM and continue. There was a button "Start anyway" and when I click that my Mac crashes / reboots.

When I set the VM Memory to 24GB it starts without a crash.
