My Paralells 6 Activation code

My wife trashed her macbook pro,,

I just setup a new mac laptop for her .. and migrated her data and applications ..

Parallels 6 is there, but it wants to be "activated"

The other laptop screen is smashed but is still working .. I can remote into it .. \

The product is registered, and I have a login .. But I cannot find where to get the activation key from within the software

PLEASE help she starts school On Monday

I dont think I should have to buy a support contract just to keep what I already own ..

Unfortunately, only Parallels Desktop 5 key is registered in your Parallels account. I checked our order database and did not manage to locate any orders for Parallels Desktop placed with your email.

If you still can login to the previous Mac remotely, please check the following article for instructions on how to find Parallels Desktop key:

If you are still not able to locate your Parallels Desktop 6 keys, please submit request for Parallels Customer Service here:

Thanks for your reply ..

I just noticed that my wife had subsequently downloaded and installed a parallels 7 trial.
Now I need to remove the 7 and install 6 . .Do you know if I can download 6 from somewhere ?


also, any special instructions to remove 7 trial ?
