I had parallels installed on Macbook pro which crashed.
Since then I removed the disk from the pro and booted with the old disk on mac mini which I returned to Best Buy which never had parallels installed on it. I have only booted "option booted" my installed version on 2 different computers, not reinstalled.
I just purchased a 2016 Macbook and installed parallels 10. In the activation process, after I log in to parallels and click the "use registered key" button, my parallels 10 key does not activate, response is that I have reached the max number of activation, but I am only trying to use the license on a single device. What to do?
