MyParallels Does Not Show My License

When I go to to MyParallels I am always at "https://my.parallels.com/add-key". When I put in my key I am getting the message:
-> My product is elsewhere registered
How can we fix that so I am able to manage my license abonement?

If you are having this issue, it points to the license key already being linked to a different account.

Please provide us with your Cleverbridge transaction IDs for your license key purchases.
